- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I recently visited Knighrs of Beaconsfield, I had friends who had travelled from Kent and told them about this lovely shop I wanted to take them too.
Both my friends and my husband made purchases.
However as soon as it was 5:30pm one of the ladies told us “ she was throwing us out as she had had a very long”
I could not believe what I was hearing and felt very embarrassed Infront of my friends. Who were thinking of returning to discuss purchasing a sofa.

The ladies remarks felt like we were in a pub.
I understand that the member of staff had obviously had a long day and wanted to go home however her customer service was appalling.
To the owner ... this was last Saturday so you would obviously know the member of staff whom I talking about. Perhaps you could address this issue with your rude employee as both my friends and myself would now think twice about returning.
